Sondex Plate Heat Exchangers: The R&D branch of Sondex designs en develops a new generation Plate Heat Exchangers. The designs relay on knowledge acquired by intensive, process oriented market-related studies and many years of experience. Sondex plate heat exchangers guarantee you a high efficiency, flexibility, reliability and are suitable for a wide variety of applications. The process knowledge of Sondex ensures the optimal plate heat exchanger selection and then it will be assembled in our own Dutch production workshop. Plate design: Sondex plates can be obtained in 2 different versions, each with own specific thermal and dynamic characters. Combining these in a plate pack an optimal plate composition can be calculated. Sondex has the widest range of types of plate heat exchangers. With this Sondex can almost unilateral plate heat exchangers offer to closing. You will get a friendly service and the most fitting solution. The gasket: The gasket is placed in the total protected gasket groove in the plate. This construction secures the elasticity of the gasket even after a long time of assembling. The new generation of Sondex plate heat exchangers is developed with the glue less “Sonder Lock” gasket. The “Sonder Lock” gasket is fixed by strong rubber buttons which contrary to most glue less gaskets of today really fix the gasket in the groove. From stock Sondex supplies, depending on the application, plate heat exchangers with Nitrile (NBR) or EPDM seals. PED: Sondex plate heat exchangers will be delivered according PED 97/23/EC. Delivery in all major labels is possible. World of HVAC: Plate heat exchangers with Sonder Safe Plates: The Sondex Sonder Safe System consists of two thin flow plates stamped together. The two plates form a pair of plates which allows possible leaks to be seen from the outside between the two plates. This prevents a mixing of the products and warns about internal leaks. Unlike other designs, our Sonder safe plates with the KIWA BRL K656 approved plates, will not be welded. The plate pack is 100% sectional and complete easy to clean. Applying different plate packs in 1 plate heat exchanger, in relation to aggressive fluids, this patented concept is possible. Sondex has the largest selection, our solution delivers always benefit! HR solutions a new impulse: The HR boiler ignited by the high heat cooking water is not needed because of Sondex. Standard requirements for the preparation of hot tap water are: warm tap water for at least 65° by CV with a maximum water supply of 70°. Guaranteed capacity and to deliver quickly? Sondex products are satisfactorily applied in: * Collective tap water systems * Tap water systems in combination with HR Boilers * District heating * Heat pump systems * Thermal systems sunlight * Food technology * Medical applications * Cooling of nuclear power World of HVAC: Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers: Construction and mode of operation: Sondex brazed plate heat exchangers consists of: A number of thin, acid-resistant plates, precision stamped and assembled as a unit, each alternate plate being rotated 180°. The plate pack, assembled with two end plates and connections, is vacuum brazed at extremely high temperatures providing a permanently sealed heat exchanger. The final result is a strong and compact plate heat exchanger with extremely high heat transmissions. The high heat transmission comes from the main pattern which is designed to create a turbulence flow. Low purchase price: High technical efficiency combined with thin plate material and low production costs keeps the Sondex sales price of the brazed plate heat exchanger at an extremely competitive level. High temperature and pressure: Contrary to the traditional plate heat exchanger the brazed plate heat exchanger does not contain rubber gaskets and can operate continuously at temperatures from minus 180°C up to plus 200°C. The operating pressure can be as high as 30 bar. Applications: Sondex brazed plate exchanger can be utilized for heating and cooling of clean liquids. Furthermore, the Sondex brazed plate heat exchangers are suitable as evaporator and condenser units.
